Communal Dining

Big bowls of sumptuous food that is shared by all. These selections are best suited to occasions when you have gathered groups of friends whether small or large and want to share a fantastic dining experience. These menu items work equally well on their own or in a buffet setting.

Minimum of Four people.

Seafood Bouillabaisse - A selection of fresh seafood, mussels, crab, prawns and calamari poached in tomato fennel and saffron, with a crisp green salad, crusty sourdough bread and potato rouille.

Morrocan Spiced Lamb Shanks - with preserved lemon cous cous, coriander yogurt & a sweet potato and rocket salad.

Indian Banquet - of Kasmiri chicken, Goan beef curry, hand made roti bread, pickles & okra and chick pea ragu.

Greek Banquet - of Greek salad, marinated fish, tender lamb cutlets, moussaka, Greek mezz platter of pickled vegetables, octopus, dolmades, capsicum.
